Llanharan 16 v Newbridge 03

A disappointing performance Saturday saw us go down 16-03 to a spirited Llanharan side who recorded their first league win of season. The result now pushes us down to 9th where we’ve accumulated 15 points from 8 games.

A strange day all round on the results front, where league leaders Pontypool were soundly beaten 31-13 away at Llantrisant and Beddau where again beaten at home (13-14) by Newport Saracens.

Other results for the day saw Blackwood beat the students of UWIC 38-23, Rumney beat Fleur De Lys 20-06 and Bargoed recorded a great away win at Caerphilly (20-35).
